Terms and Conditions for YESS Ci ERP Solutions

Welcome to YESSCi ERP Solution. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application provided by Yanka Kreatif Solution. By logging into and using this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This application is provided exclusively for the employees and authorized personnel of Yanka Kreatif Solution. By accessing the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. User Accounts and Security
Access: Your account is provided for your professional use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and password.
Responsibility: Any activity performed through your account is considered your responsibility.
Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify the HR/IT Department if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Usage Requirements (Attendance & Location)
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate attendance data. Any attempt to manipulate GPS location (e.g., using “Fake GPS” or “Mock Location” apps) or identity (e.g., using photos instead of a live selfie) is strictly prohibited.
Compliance: Failure to comply with attendance protocols may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the Company’s Internal Regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan).
4. Permitted Use and Restrictions
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Share your login credentials with other employees or third parties.
5. Termination of Access
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, without prior notice, in the event of:
Termination of your employment with [Nama Perusahaan Anda].
Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Maintenance or technical upgrades.
6. Limitation of Liability
The application is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for 100% uptime, [Nama Perusahaan Anda] is not liable for any delays, attendance failures, or data errors caused by network issues, hardware malfunction, or third-party service interruptions (e.g., GPS satellite errors).
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to logos, UI design, and software) are the exclusive property of [Nama Perusahaan Anda] and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be resolved through the internal company grievance mechanism or the jurisdiction of the [Nama Kota, misal: Jakarta] District Court.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
